Australian universities have reported possible issues when accessing online library resources via the NBN SkyMuster satellite service.  Library clients have reported web pages that are 'gibberish' or blank.  NBN Co have been notified and have advised that impacted clients should report the issue to their ISP for troubleshooting.

If you do experience this issue we advise that a temporary solution is to access our resources via a CQUniversity Anydesk Connection. Instructions for accessing Anydesk can be found on the Student Portal or Staffnet. Please contact TASAC if this does not solve your access issues.
