No, but for the purposes of "research or study", you may copy:
From a book:
- 10% of the total number of pages or the whole or part of one chapter, whichever is the greater amount;
- 10% of the number of words in a work which is in electronic format;
From a journal:
- one article from a single journal issue;
- two or more articles from a single journal issue, if they relate to the same area of research or course of study.
